This is my story

My dream of being a photographer started in my early teens. I would look up different photographers and be amazed at their work they did. I still remember check in on Katelyn James blog every day. Scrolling through wedding pictures... looking at every detail...dreaming, hoping that one day I could be a photographer like her. I would always ask for a camera every Christmas and birthday. I even remember taking my Uncles Christmas family pictures with one of my small cameras I got. I'm sorry Uncle Rob...:) But that is why I'm here, doing what I'm doing because of people like them believed in me. So shout out to my family and friends!

2020 was a big year for me. My full time job of working at Shane's Shine Shop was put on hold in March and I honestly didn't know what I was gonna do. I knew I wanted to do Photography, but how was I gonna get there? That's when I remembered Katelyn James Photography. I looked her up and come to find out- She had several different classes you could take! So, I started my journey.

I found my camera, did some research, and then took some classes from KJ and I came out of the pandemic ready to start this venture!

In my journey of discovering my own style, I've endeavored to maintain and uphold my convictions of godliness, even in my art. It is my desire to capture the moments in lives in its purest and most modest form. I'm still learning as I go along this journey of photography and life. I'm so excited to see what God has in store for this venture.
